What is an Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP)?

The Apple Service Provider program is designed to offer service to Apple customers, whether they are consumers, businesses, educational institutions or government organizations.

Which Orchard locations are Apple Authorized Service Providers?

All Orchard Stores are Apple Authorized Service Providers. Our Baton Rouge and Gulf Shores locations are AASP locations only, meaning they service Apple products but do not sell them.

Are Orchard technicians certified?

Yes. Each location has a minimum of 2 Apple Certified Mac Technicians on Staff (ACMT).  Members of the staff also maintain Apple Certified Support Professional Certifications as well.

Can the Orchard repair my Mac or iOS device under its AppleCare Protection Plan?

Yes. Each location is Authorized by Apple and repairs are Performed by Apple Certified Mac Technicians.  The Orchard maintains certifications and a upholds a standard set by Apple.

The Orchard nearest me is an AASP can I still buy an Apple device from The Orchard?

Yes. While our Baton Rouge and Gulf Shores locations are service only, our Lafayette and Spanish Fort location are authorized for sales and service. You can email [email protected] with any sales questions or needs, or simply inform the manager at your nearest location that you are interested in a new Apple device.  All locations will continue to sell accessories for all your Apple Products.
